- Can I switch plans later?
- You can start on Free and move to Pro when you are ready. Billing changes are handled from your account settings, and you choose monthly or annual Pro pricing when you upgrade.
- Is PMHub built for individuals or teams?
- Both. Solo PMs and consultants often start on Free or a single Pro seat; delivery teams add seats as more people run work inside PMHub. Team plans are for organizations that want coordinated rollout and custom terms.
- What happens if I hit plan limits?
- You will see clear caps in the product (for example on projects, RAID totals, or stakeholders). Upgrade to Pro to remove those limits for supported modules, or contact us on Team if you need an org-wide arrangement.
