What is included in the stakeholder register?

The register keeps names, roles, organizations, contact details, timezones, groups, notes, power/interest scores, and linked RAID context in one project record. Free includes up to 20 stakeholders per project, plus Excel export.

Is the Power/Interest matrix on every plan?

Power and interest scores are available on Free. Professional adds the 2×2 matrix view and removes the stakeholder cap.

Why not keep this in Excel?

Accepted Answer

Excel is fine to start, and PMHub can still export to it. The register earns its keep when RAID owners point to the same people and project members can keep the context together instead of rebuilding the list for every readout.

Question 4

Will stakeholders log in?

They do not have to. Project members maintain the register; when the audience still lives outside PMHub, copy a group’s emails into Outlook or export the register to Excel.

Question 5

Can I add people from meeting notes?

From Atlas, you can raise a RAID item and attach a stakeholder through that flow. Atlas notes are not a separate address book for adding people directly.

Can I reuse people on the next project?

Registers are per-project. PMHub does not present them as a reusable organization-wide people directory or CRM.
