Question 1

What is Smart Dashboard?

Accepted Answer

Smart Dashboard is the PMHub home screen after you sign in. It shows project health you set, plus due-today, upcoming, and overdue work from NorthStar, so you know what needs attention before status, escalation, or execution, using live data from your workspace. Professional and Team share the same Smart Dashboard feature access, including layout changes, the card store, Blueprint, and RAID Insights.

Question 2

Will my stakeholders use this dashboard?

Accepted Answer

Often no — and that is okay. Smart Dashboard is each signed-in user's PMHub home screen, not a shared sponsor portal. You get current health and task pressure before status; if stakeholders still want Excel or slides, you leave with a picture that is not five tabs of archaeology. Professional and Team share the same Smart Dashboard feature access.

Question 3

Is this another analytics or Power BI dashboard?

Accepted Answer

Smart Dashboard is a delivery-focused home screen for practicing PMs, bringing project health and attention signals tied to PMHub work (tasks, RAID, notes, and plan) into one place.

Question 4

Is project health automatic?

Accepted Answer

Project RAG / health is set at the project level by the PM. The dashboard surfaces that health alongside live due and overdue work from NorthStar.

Question 5

Is the dashboard a shared real-time workspace?

Accepted Answer

Smart Dashboard is a personal home screen for each signed-in user. It reflects that user's PMHub data as they work across NorthStar, RAID, Atlas, Blueprint, and the rest of the app.

Question 6

Who is Smart Dashboard for?

Accepted Answer

Delivery leads, PMs, and consultants who run multiple engagements and need status readiness before they drop into execution. Smart Dashboard surfaces attention, follow-up, and escalation signals in one place so you open the right PMHub module next.

Question 7

What do Free, Professional, and Team include?

Accepted Answer

Free starts with project overview, due today, upcoming, and overdue cards for your plan limits. Professional and Team share the same Smart Dashboard feature access: layout editing, the card store, Blueprint, and RAID Insights on the same home screen. Team also adds organization administration outside this feature surface.
