No. Atlas is the project notebook inside PMHub, so a discussion can become a RAID item in the same workspace, not another wiki.

Does AI automatically create RAID items?

No. When you toggle AI parse on a note, Atlas extracts risks, actions, and decisions. You review and add them to RAID. The note shows whether each one has been filed.

Capture (including the meeting template) and full-text search. Atlas PDF export, higher limits, semantic search, and AI summaries are Professional features when enabled.

Can I add stakeholders from a note?

Yes—but only through the RAID flow. Raise a RAID item from Atlas, then attach the stakeholder there. Notes are not a separate address book.

Will this replace our meeting-transcript tool?

Atlas is for delivery context you need to find and file, not a dedicated recorder. You write or paste into Atlas. There is no transcript or recording import.

Will AI rewrite my notes by default?

Parse is opt-in per note. Nothing is extracted until you allow it.

No. Atlas is the note engine (capture, extract, file). MyPM is the search-and-recall engine across the workspace.

If it is assigned to a project, all project members can see it. Otherwise it is not a shared project notebook.
